取中国板栗春季生长的顶端和基部嫩枝做插条,长15～20厘米。插条末端2～3厘米叶片去掉,两边各削0.5×2.0厘米。然后分别在3000毫克/升和6000毫克/升的吲哚丁酸溶液中浸泡5秒钟,随即插入混有泥炭——砂——珍珠岩(1:1:1)的插床中。在白天9小时内,每分钟喷雾2秒。每处理20个插条,床温21～24℃。温室温度平均25℃。设四次重复。
