热处理是通过加热、保温、冷却三个主要过程达到改变材料和零件组织性能,实现提高机械装备性能和寿命目的,所以热处理与温度紧密相关联,温度的准确测量和控制是热处理成败的关键。GB/T 30825—2014《热处理温度测量》从热处理设备和仪表系统分类、系统精度校验、温度均匀性测量、温度传感器、仪表、管理等方面提出了要求。为满足热处理的温度准确控制更多和更高要求,在我国热处理标准中首次提出了对热处理设备的仪表系统的要求,热处理炉仪表系统类型根据温度控制、记录和监控仪表及其温度传感器配置分为A、B、C、D、E、F型。标准还系统完善和规定了热处理设备的温度系统精度校验,对热处理设备温度均匀性、热电偶和仪表提出了更高要求,标准总体水平与AMS 2750E相当,以适应装备制造业与国际接轨对热处理高要求和国际合作发展的需求。
