21世纪是知识经济的时代,知识成为重要的资源。知识服务作为一种提高图书馆服务质量的重要服务方式越来越受到图书馆的重视。知识组织是知识服务的基础,知识服务是知识组织的目标。在介绍知识组织与知识服务内容的基础上,探讨了如何实现二者的协同。
The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy, and knowledge has become an important resource. As an important service to improve the service quality of library, knowledge service has drawn more and more attention from the library. Knowledge organization is the foundation of knowledge service, and knowledge service is the goal of knowledge organization. On the basis of introducing the contents of knowledge organization and knowledge service, it explores how to realize the synergy between the two.
