教育改革是社会发展、时代进步的需要,随着我国教育改革的深入发展,新一轮的基础教育体育课程改革以素质教育的思想为指导,针对传统体育课程的不足,构建了体育与健康课程的新体系,对现行体育课程的理念、目标、内容、方法、组织、评价等方面都提出了新的要求和改革模式,新课程的颁布、实施进一步加快了体育课程的改革。本文采用查阅文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对曲靖市中学体育理论课教学现状进行调查分析。结果显示,目前曲靖市中学的体育理论课存在着学校、老师和学生对体育理论价值的认识不足、学校教学课时数安排不足、教材使用较单一和教学形式单调等问题,针对存在的问题提出几点个人建议。
