微生物转化虎杖苷生成白藜芦醇的研究

从虎杖苷粗提物中分离得到一株产β-葡萄糖苷酶活力较高的曲霉,通过优化培养基成分,提高其产酶能力.培养基的最佳组合为蔗糖30g/L,NH4Cl6g/L,K2HPO40.4g/L.在培养48h后过滤的酶液中,添加虎杖粉末进行转化2d,经过HPLC测定白藜芦醇的含量,其提高幅度为34.16%. A strain of Aspergillus with high activity of β-glucosidase was isolated from the crude extracts of polydatin, and its enzyme-producing ability was improved by optimizing the medium composition.The best combination of medium was sucrose 30g / L, NH4Cl6g / L , K2HPO40.4g / L. After cultured 48h after filtration of the enzyme solution, Polygonum cuspidatum powder was added for transformation 2d, after resveratrol determination by HPLC, the increase rate of 34.16%.
