目的:对大叶醉鱼草化学成分进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,并运用现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从大叶醉鱼草地上部分分离得到7个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为:洋芹素(1)、洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、金合欢素(3)、金合欢素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、金合欢素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1-6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、木犀草素(6)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Buddleja grandiflora. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography and macroporous adsorption resin. Their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy. Results: Seven flavonoids were isolated from the leaves of Buddlejae, and were identified as: celeryin (1), celeryin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (3), acacetin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), acacetin -7-O-α-L-rhamnose 5), luteolin (6), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
