基于快速扫频光源的光学频域成像技术是新一代光学相干层析成像(OCT)技术,相比传统时域OCT技术,具有成像速度快、灵敏度高等优势,是OCT领域乃至生物医学光学成像领域最活跃的研究热点之一。综述了快速扫频光源的研究现状与最新进展,介绍了基于快速扫频光源的光学频域成像技术与应用,并就目前该领域存在的主要问题以及技术发展的趋势进行了探讨。
The optical frequency domain imaging technology based on fast scanning frequency light source is a new generation of optical coherence tomography (OCT) technology. Compared with the traditional time-domain OCT technology, it has the advantages of fast imaging speed and high sensitivity.
