近来,有一种倾向:有些身处一线的教师也开始热衷于进行理论研究,以为惟其如此,才能显示出自己的研究能力和理论水平,而对与课堂教学密切相关的现象和问题却比较忽视。当然,我们不讳言教育理论研究的重要性以及它对实践的指导意义,但一线教师结合教育教学活动进行的行动研究及其经验总结,也许对提高教育教学质量更为直接更为有效。
Recently, there has been a tendency that some teachers in the front line are also keen on conducting theoretical research, thinking that only in this way can they demonstrate their research ability and theoretical level while ignoring phenomena and problems that are closely related to classroom teaching. Of course, we do not deny the importance of the study of educational theory and its guiding significance to practice. However, the action research conducted by front-line teachers in education and teaching activities and their experiences may be more direct and effective in improving the quality of education and teaching.
