介绍了油库典型灾害性事故类型及模拟分析,重点阐述了池火灾和蒸气云爆炸数学模型的基本概念和数学原理,并假设研究对象的某个储罐发生池火灾或蒸气云爆炸事故,分别运用这两种数学模型,对事故危险区域进行定量分析和计算,同时也对事故发生后人员伤亡和财产损失进行了初步估算。
The types and simulation analysis of typical disaster accidents in oil depots are introduced. The basic concepts and mathematical principles of mathematical models of pool fires and steam cloud explosions are elaborated. It is also assumed that a pool fire or steam cloud explosion accident occurred in a tank under study. These two mathematical models quantitatively analyze and calculate the areas at risk of accidents and also make preliminary estimates of casualties and property losses after the accident.
