本文采用价格低廉的水玻璃为原料,在不使用表面活性剂的情况下通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了大孔容纳米介孔二氧化硅,对合成条件进行了研究,结果表明:合成的介孔二氧化硅孔道呈蠕虫状,孔径大小均匀。颗粒的平均粒径为2.5μm。较优的合成条件下,实验产品的各项指标与消光粉805相当。本文提出的工艺成本低,易放大,有很大的推广价值。 In this paper, low-cost water glass as raw material, without the use of surfactants by sol-gel synthesis of mesoporous silica containing mesoporous silica, the synthesis conditions were studied, the results show that: the synthesis of intermediates Hole silica was worm-like, pore size uniform.
