1.引言为了提高轴承钢的质量,国外在轴承钢的材质对比分析方面曾进行过大量的试验研究。美国在1948年进行了瑞典、西德和美国轴承钢材质的对比试验,试验表明,在三国产品中,瑞典轴承钢非金夹杂物含量最低。日本也通过对本国轴承钢、瑞典 SKF 轴承钢的对比分析后认为,SKF轴承寿命高的原因主要是钢的碳化物颗粒细小且分布均匀。通过对比分析,找出差距并采取相应的措施,近几年来日本轴承钢的质量已跃居世界先进水平之列。
1. Introduction In order to improve the quality of bearing steel, foreign comparative analysis of the bearing steel material has conducted a large number of experimental studies. In 1948, the United States conducted comparative tests on the bearing steel materials of Sweden, West Germany and the United States. The tests show that the content of non-gold inclusions in Swedish bearing steel is the lowest in the three countries’ products. Japan also through the national bearing steel, SKF Sweden, the comparative analysis of the bearing steel that, SKF bearings are mainly due to the high life of the carbide carbide particles are small and evenly distributed. Through comparative analysis to identify the gaps and take corresponding measures, in recent years the quality of Japanese bearing steel has leapt to the advanced level in the world.
