在20钢基体上利用高速火焰喷涂Ni60B,同时对喷涂后的试样进行涂盐腐蚀试验。利用数学的方法对腐蚀动力学曲线进行拟合,并利用先进的分析测试手段如扫描电镜、能谱分析及X射线衍射等对其抗腐蚀机理进行探讨。结果表明:涂层的腐蚀速率随时间的增加而下降,涂层表面连续、致密的Cr2O3、NiO有效地阻止了涂层被进一步腐蚀。
In the 20 steel substrate using high-speed flame spraying Ni60B, spray coated samples at the same time salt corrosion test. Corrosion kinetics curves were fitted by mathematical methods, and their corrosion resistance mechanisms were discussed by means of advanced analytical methods such as SEM, EDS and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the corrosion rate of the coating decreases with the increase of time. The continuous and dense Cr2O3 and NiO on the coating surface effectively prevent the coating from further corrosion.
