本实验目的在于通过建立产色基质法鲎试验技术,实现对内毒素的定量检测。在此基础上,设计了5种根管药物对内毒素的液相处理,测定内毒素经药物处理后的浓度变化,显示了各种药物对内毒素的降解效率:并通过方差分析的统计学处理,对比了各药物间解毒作用的差异,从而对这些药物的临床治疗作用有了新的认识。结果表明,在80min的液相处理中,各药物都有较好的内毒素降解作用。其中10万iu/ml的多粘菌素B效果最好,优于2%氯亚明、氢氧化钠乙醇、3%过氧化氢液。而氢氧化钙、2%氯亚明、氢氧化钠乙醇又优于3%过氧化氢。内毒素降解高峰位于0~20min时相内。为根管治疗药物的筛选,提供了新的指标。
The purpose of this experiment is to establish a method for the determination of endotoxin by means of the chromogenic matrix method. On this basis, five kinds of root canal drugs were designed for the liquid phase treatment of endotoxin, and the change of endotoxin concentration after drug treatment was measured. The degradation efficiency of various drugs on endotoxin was shown and statistically analyzed by analysis of variance Processing, compared the differences between the detoxification effect of various drugs, and thus have a new understanding of the clinical treatment of these drugs.
