从六倍体小黑麦和普通小麦杂交后代中选育了9个具不同抗条锈特性的新种质,对其细胞学和主要性状特点进行了初步鉴定。结果表明,抗条锈新种质材料的田间表现无不良的农艺性状;细胞学初步鉴定表明,WT341为小麦-黑麦代换系,其余8个材料为小麦-黑麦易位系,并且这一易位不同于1B/1R易位。
Nine new germplasms with different resistance to stripe rust were selected from the progeny of crosses between hexaploid triticale and common wheat and their cytology and primary traits were preliminarily identified. The results showed that the field performance of the new stripe rust resistant germplasm had no adverse agronomic traits. Preliminary cytological analysis showed that WT341 was a wheat-rye substitution line, and the remaining 8 were wheat-rye translocation lines A translocation differs from 1B / 1R translocation.
