目的了解太原市晋源区各类医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用情况和灭菌效果。方法采用物理监测、化学监测和生物监测方法对区级医院、社区卫生服务机构、乡镇卫生院和民营医院的压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果进行监测。结果共调查172台灭菌器中,预真空及脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器和下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器分别占29.1%和70.9%,合格率分别为94.0%和80.3%,两种灭菌器合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三类医疗机构中所使用的灭菌器类型所占比例和监测合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同类型压力蒸汽灭菌器中,预真空及脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率要高于下排气式。民营医院配置的预真空及脉动真空式压力蒸汽灭菌器中所占比例较高,这也是其检测合格率高于其余两类医疗机构的主要原因之一,医疗机构应进一步健全规章制度,加强灭菌技术培训,确保操作规范化,有效提高医疗机构器械灭菌质量。
Objective To understand the use and sterilization of pressure steam sterilizers in various medical institutions in Jinyuan District of Taiyuan City. Methods The physical monitoring, chemical monitoring and biological monitoring methods were used to monitor the sterilizing effect of pressure steam sterilizer in district hospitals, community health service agencies, township hospitals and private hospitals. Results A total of 172 sterilizers were investigated, with pre-vacuum and pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizers and lower-pressure steam sterilizers accounting for 29.1% and 70.9%, respectively, with pass rates of 94.0% and 80.3%, respectively There was a significant difference in the pass rate of sterilizer (P <0.05), and there was significant difference in the proportion of sterilizer type and the qualified rate of monitoring in the three types of medical institutions (P <0.05). Conclusion Among the different types of pressure steam sterilizers, the passing rate of pre-vacuum and pulsating vacuum pressure steam sterilizers is higher than that of the lower exhaust type. The proportion of pre-vacuum and pulsating vacuum-pressure steam sterilizer in private hospitals is high, which is also one of the main reasons why the qualified rate of detection is higher than the other two types of medical institutions. Medical institutions should further improve the rules and regulations and strengthen Sterilization technology training to ensure that the operation of standardized and effectively improve the quality of medical equipment sterilization.
