高职高专院校的很多学生在学习上主动性差,有很强的被动性特点,在家长和老师的“看管”之下才能学习;在高中时,他们缺乏对学习本身的渴望,学习动机属于外部动机,主要是为了考的上大学。上大学之后,他们实现了自己高中时的学习目标,而此时,他们在没有对学习本身的渴望的情况下,又失去了外部的学习动机时,往往出现学习倦怠性、盲目性等心理现象,也因此容易出现种种学习行为问题。因此,对于高职院校学生的学习,帮助他们树立正确的学习观念,在没有家长和老师的“监督”下,顺利适应大学的学习是值得探讨的问题。
