民机电气线路互联系统(EWIS)连接机上所有用电设备,其重量在飞机重量中占较大比例,对飞机的飞行性能有重要的影响。本文以EWIS重量管控为研究对象,通过将EWIS涉及的所有零件进行完全分类,给出不同类别零件的重量、重心、转动惯量的计算方法,介绍了基于C#开发的重量数据计算工具,并制定了EWIS重量管控的流程,为民机研制过程中EWIS重量管控提供参考。
Civilian Electrical interconnection system (EWIS) Connect all electrical equipment on the machine, the weight of which accounts for a large proportion of the weight of the aircraft, the aircraft’s flight performance has a significant impact. In this paper, the weight control of EWIS is taken as the research object. The weight, center of gravity and moment of inertia of different parts are given by classifying all the parts involved in EWIS completely. The weight data calculation tool based on C # is introduced. EWIS weight control process, for the development of civil aircraft EWIS weight control provide a reference.
