薄壳结构广泛应用于工业和民用建筑的屋盖系统,是薄壳受力状态的优越性所决定的。随着空间结构力学研究的进展,从结构理论上已证实了这一点。但是,薄壳结构作为基础出现于粮食立筒仓建筑结构上,在国内颇为少见。在我国粮食立筒仓基础设计中,薄壳基础为改进惯用做法提出了新课题。 本文就薄壳结构应用于基础的理论基点,在粮食立筒仓基础上应用的可能性,以及薄壳结构计算的特征,设计原则和计算方法均分别作了扼要地阐述,並结合实际工程提出计算实例,希望引起粮仓建筑工作同志们的关注,从而进一步丰富薄壳基础在粮食立筒仓上应用的内容。
Thin-shell structures are widely used in the roof systems of industrial and civil buildings, and are determined by the superiority of the stress state of thin shells. With the development of space structural mechanics, this has been confirmed theoretically in terms of structure. However, the thin shell structure appears as a foundation on the building structure of the grain silo, which is quite rare in China. In the foundation design of grain silos in China, thin shell foundations have raised new issues for improving the customary practices. In this paper, the basic shell base structure applied to the theoretical basis, the possibility of application on the basis of grain silos, as well as the characteristics of thin shell structure calculations, design principles and calculation methods are briefly described, and combined with the actual project proposed The calculation examples are intended to arouse the attention of comrades in the granary construction work, so as to further enrich the application of the thin shell foundation in the silos of grain.
