据报道乙型肝炎疫苗皮内接种经济、有效。作者把173名18~22岁女学生随机分成7组,接种重组乙型肝炎疫苗。组1~组6为皮内接种组,每次2或4μg,不同间隔接种3~4次。接种程序分别为:组1为0、1、4周(0周为2μg,1、4周各为4μg);组2、组3为0、2、4周(组20周为2μg,2、4周各为4μg;组3均为4μg);组4为0、2、4、6周(每次均为2μg);组5为0、2、4周、6月(每次均为2μg);组6为0、4周、6月(每次均为2μg);组7(对照组)为0、4周、6月,每次均为肌肉注射10μg。4、8周及4、7个月全部对象采集血标本,12个月时仅对组4、组5和组7采血。以ELISA测定,抗-HBs>2IU/L为阳性。
Hepatitis B vaccine is reportedly inoculated intradermally economically and effectively. Blood samples were collected from all subjects at 4, 8, and 4 and 7 months, and blood was collected only from group 4, group 5 and group 7 at 12 months. Anti-HBs> 2IU / L was positive by ELISA.
