随着社会的发展,人们的健康意识不断增强,“健康饮食”越来越成为人们关注的热点。国家也无不重视,出台并及时更新着《中国居民膳食指南》,给大家提供科学健康的膳食指导。现代生活节奏快,年轻人工作压力越来越大,使得中老年朋友们越来越多的参与到“第三代(孙子女)”的起居照顾中,如何更好、更科学地处理自己的饮食并兼顾孙辈的营养,值得关注和学习。适逢2017年国家食品安全风险监测(江苏)中心开放日,江苏省疾控中心专家们对于《2016中国居民膳食指南》(以下称《指南》)老年、儿童篇做了深入的解读。今天,我们就以此为基础,来谈谈如何科学饮食。
