分离设备的结构是影响介质流动特性的关键因素。在同样流动条件下,不同结构设备中的流场分布相差极大,因此,分散相在设备中的分离过程所遵循的分离模型不宜一概而论,而应区别对待。本文在前人的理论基础上,针对重力式油水分离设备,提出了塞流、横混流和返混流主要分离模型,并重新界定了各种模型的适用条件,给出了有关分离特性计算公式,以及提高分离设备性能的主要技术措施和途径,并指出了塞流模型的技术经济状态最好,应成为重力式油水分离设备设计及运行的优选模型。
The structure of the separation device is a key factor that affects the flow characteristics of the medium. Under the same flow conditions, the distribution of flow field in different structures varies greatly. Therefore, the separation model followed by disperse phase in equipment should not be generalized but treated differently. Based on the previous theories, aiming at the gravitational oil-water separation equipment, the main separation models of plug flow, cross flow flow and re-flow flow are proposed, and the applicable conditions of various models are redefined. The calculation formulas of the separation characteristics, And the main technical measures and ways to improve the performance of the separation equipment. It is pointed out that the plug-flow model has the best technical and economic status and should be the optimal model for the design and operation of gravity oil-water separation equipment.
