1 病例报告例 1,患者 ,男性 ,13岁 ,因腹痛、腹泻、呕吐 2ｄ入院。经检验血常规 :白细胞 :14 6× 10 9/Ｌ ,中性 :0 92 ,淋巴 :0 0 8,诊断为急性胃肠炎。使用氨苄青霉素1 5ｇ ,加入 0 9%氯化钠液 2 5 0ｍｌ静脉滴注 ,2次 /ｄ ,黄连素 0 3ｇ ,口服 ,3次 /ｄ ,胃复安 10ｍ
