液相色谱法测定地下水中多环芳烃的准确度控制

为了控制液相色谱法测定地下水多环芳烃(PAHs)的准确度,定量研究了氮吹浓缩系统引起的空白污染,提出了空白污染的解决办法,验证了该方法的准确度。结果表明:氮吹浓缩系统会引入萘、苊、芴、菲、蒽5种PAHs污染;不同厂家的氮气对空白污染的影响不同,相同厂家不同级别的氮气对空白影响差别不大;不同的氮吹仪也会对空白产生影响,自制玻璃管氮吹系统对空白污染较小;采用椰壳活性炭吸附净化的办法可以有效去除空白的PAHs污染;PAHs的方法检出限为0.001~0.01μg/L,基质加标回收率为83.3%~98.3%,该方法的线性良好,准确度高。 In order to control the accuracy of liquid chromatographic determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in groundwater, the blank contamination caused by the nitrogen blowing concentration system was quantitatively studied. The solution to the blank contamination was proposed and the accuracy of the method was verified. The results showed that five kinds of PAHs such as naphthalene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene and anthracene were introduced into the nitrogen blowing concentrating system. The nitrogen of different manufacturers had different effects on the blank contaminants. The nitrogen of different grades did not have much effect on the blank. Nitrogen The blowing instrument will also have an impact on the blank. The self-made glass tube nitrogen blowing system has less pollution to the blank. Using the coconut shell activated carbon adsorption purification method can effectively remove the blank PAHs pollution. The detection limits of PAHs are 0.001-0.01 μg / L , The recovery rate of matrix spiked was 83.3% ~ 98.3%, the linearity of the method was good and the accuracy was high.
