工业能源效率的提升是我国能源战略重点关注的问题,也是建设长江经济带亟待解决的问题。通过三阶段DEA模型,主要从外部环境、效率结构、省际差异等方面对“十五”至“十二五”期间长江经济带工业能源效率空间差异化特征与发展趋势进行实证研究。研究发现:研发投入、产业结构、开放水平等因素对能源投入冗余有显著影响;工业能源效率提升的瓶颈在于规模效率;长江经济带工业能源效率及其分解效率在空间上从下游到中上游存在梯度差异;“十五”至“十二五”阶段中,工业能源效率有显著提升,地区之间效率差异也进一步缩小。最后,根据研究结论得到若干启示。
The improvement of industrial energy efficiency is a key issue that our country’s energy strategy pays close attention to and it is also a problem to be solved in building the Yangtze River economic belt. Through the three-phase DEA model, this paper empirically examines the characteristics and trends of the spatial differentiation of industrial energy efficiency in the Yangtze River economic belt during the period from “the 15th” to “the 12th Five-year” from the external environment, efficiency structure and provincial differences the study. The research found that: R & D investment, industrial structure, openness and other factors have a significant impact on energy input redundancy; industrial energy efficiency bottleneck in the scale of efficiency; the Yangtze River economic belt industrial energy efficiency and its decomposition efficiency in the space from the downstream to the upper reaches There is a gradient difference; in the “fifteen” to “twelfth five-year” period, the industrial energy efficiency has been significantly improved, and the differences in efficiency between regions have been further reduced. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study to get some inspiration.
