随着信息技术和课程的不断融合,翻转课堂打破传统课堂教学模式,为互联网+时代的教学改革注入了新的活力。新的教学理念促使营养配餐课程教学的教学方法、教学模式、课堂组织形式发生变化。文章提出翻转课堂的教学模型,以“定性营养食谱设计”为例,设计了较为完整的翻转课堂教学设计方案,并予以实施和评价,给营养配餐课程教学带来了全新视角,全方位提高课程教学质量和效果。
With the continuous integration of information technology and curriculum, turning the classroom to break the traditional classroom teaching mode has injected new vitality into the teaching reform of the Internet + era.
