以 MS 为基本培养基,附加不同的成分,选择不同的器官或组织作为外植体,对党参愈伤组织的诱导、分化、增殖培养、生根培养进行了比较系统地研究。结果表明,愈伤组织的诱导以 MS+2,4—D1mg/L+ZT 3mg/L 为培养基,茎段为外植体,诱导频率达100.00%,且以幼嫩茎段为外植体获得的愈伤组织质地好;愈伤组织的分化以 MS+ZT 3mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L 为培养基,分化频率为55.56%;增殖培养、生根培养以 MS+IBA0.5mg/L 为培养基,生长良好。
With MS as the basic medium, different components were added and different organs or tissues were selected as explants. The induction, differentiation, proliferation and rooting of Codonopsis pilosula were studied systematically. The results showed that the induction of callus was MS + 2,4-D1mg / L + ZT 3mg / L, the stem segment was explant, the induction frequency was 100.00%, and the young stem segments were explants The callus obtained was good in texture.
