本研究采用纵向的个案研究方法试图回答两个问题:1.大学英语新教师教学反思的主要内容是什么?2.新教师的教学反思对其专业化发展有何影响?研究手段包括课堂实录、反思文本、学生问卷调查和教师访谈。研究结果表明,教学反思不仅有利于大学英语新教师提高教学能力和自我研究的能力,还有助于其教师专业化的发展。文章明确指出了进一步确立外语教师在教学研究中的主体地位、建立扶持他们从事教学实际探索的机制和环境的必要性。
This study uses a longitudinal case study to try to answer two questions: 1. What is the main content of the new teaching reflection of college English teachers? 2. How does the teaching reflection of new teachers affect their professional development? The research methods include the class record, Reflective text, student questionnaire and teacher interviews. The results show that the teaching reflection is not only conducive to the new college English teachers to improve their ability to teach and self-study, but also to help their teachers professional development. The article clearly points out the need to further establish the dominant position of foreign language teachers in teaching and research, and to establish a mechanism and an environment to support their practical exploration in teaching.
