颈动脉体瘤又称动脉体副神经节瘤,是少见的起源于颈动脉体的化学感受器肿瘤,生长在颈总动脉分叉的外膜下,多为良性,常易误诊。因其血运丰富,切除时易致凶猛的人出血;颈总动脉阻断时间超过15分又易引起脑缺血脑细胞损害致严重并发症,故手术比较困难。本人于1999年手术切除治疗颈动脉体瘤2例,效果满意,现报告如下。 Carotid body tumor, also known as arterial paraganglioma, is a rare chemoreceptor tumor originating from the carotid body. It grows under the adventitia of the common carotid artery bifurcation. It is often benign and often misdiagnosed. Due to its abundant blood supply, the bleeding of a person who is prone to cause fibroids during resection, and the time for the common carotid artery to be blocked for more than 15 minutes can easily cause cerebral ischemic brain cell damage and cause serious complications, so the operation is difficult. I had surgical resection of carotid body tumors in 2 cases in 1999. The results are satisfactory. The report is as follows.
