通过三维有限元模拟,揭示了路基结构在移动重载下的力学响应。编写材料子程序引入NCHRP1-28A中的路基土通用本构模型,采用单轴双轮的DLOAD子程序以模拟移动重载,研究了基层状态、轴载与温度3个非湿度因素对路基模量的影响,比较不同因素的影响程度,并通过附加应力做出解释。结果表明:基层破坏是影响路基模量的最重要因素;路基模量存在明显的应力依赖性,基层破坏、超载和高温可通过影响路基内部的附加应力,间接减小路基模量。
Through the three-dimensional finite element simulation, the mechanical response of subgrade structure under heavy load is revealed. The material subroutine was introduced into the general constitutive model of subgrade soil in NCHRP1-28A. The uniaxial and two-wheel DLOAD subroutine was used to simulate the movement overloading. The effect of subgrade condition, axle load and temperature on the subgrade modulus The impact of different factors, compared with the degree of influence, and through additional stress to explain. The results show that the failure of basement is the most important factor that affects the modulus of subgrade. There is obvious stress dependence of subgrade modulus, base damage, overload and high temperature indirectly reduce the subgrade modulus by affecting the internal stress of subgrade.
