目的研究在消毒供应室中加强细节护理管理的效果。方法选取我院消毒供应室中7位工作人员作为研究对象,于2016年1月开始实施细节管理模式。对比实施前后护理质量,并由我院48位医护人员展开满意度评分,比较分数变化情况。结果护理质量方面,实施后服务主动性、风险预见、危险识别评分分别达到(9.36±2.2)分、(9.71±2.3)分、(9.56±1.7)分,明显高于实施前分数(P<0.05)。满意度方面,实施后医护人员对7位消毒供应室工作人员在包装、回收、发放、态度四个方面的满意度评分分别为(9.39±0.4)分、(9.79±0.3)分、(9.24±0.4)分、(9.83±0.5)分,明显高于实施前分数(P<0.05)。结论细节护理管理可显著提升消毒供应室工作人员护理质量及在各操作方面的服务水平,具有应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of strengthening the detail nursing management in the disinfection supply room. Methods Select seven staffs in our hospital disinfection supply room as the research object, in January 2016 began to implement the detail management model. Before and after the implementation of quality of care compared with 48 medical staff in our hospital to start the satisfaction score, compare scores changes. Results In terms of quality of care, the scores of service initiative, risk foreseeability and risk identification reached 9.36 ± 2.2, 9.71 ± 2.3 and 9.56 ± 1.7 respectively, which were significantly higher than those before implementation (P <0.05 ). In terms of satisfaction, after the implementation, the satisfaction scores of the staffs in the seven disinfection supply rooms were 9.39 ± 0.4, 9.79 ± 0.3, 9.24 ± 0.4) points, (9.83 ± 0.5) points, significantly higher than before the score (P <0.05). Conclusion The details of nursing management can significantly improve the quality of nursing staff in the disinfection supply room and the service level in each operation, which has the application value.
