摩擦磨损行为的SEM原位动力学研究装置是国外70年代末才发展起来的动态微观手段.本文详细地对比介绍了国外最具代表性的8种SEM原位动力学研究装置及各自开展的研究工作.同时亦具体介绍了一台用国产台式扫描电镜改装而成的滑动摩擦磨损试验装置.这台装置的主要优点是既可对摩擦磨损过程作动态观察也可作准动态观察.这两种观察方法对研究摩擦磨损过程是同等重要的.该装置已用来对Ni-P化学镀及Ni-PTEE和Ni-P-SIC复合镀层动态摩擦磨损机理进行了初步研究,并同时正应用于高性能结构陶瓷材料摩擦磨损行为的原位动力学研究.
Friction and wear behaviors of the SEM in situ kinetic study device is developed in the late 70s of the dynamic microscopic means. This article describes in detail the most representative eight kinds of overseas SEM in situ kinetic research devices and their research work carried out. At the same time, it also introduces a sliding friction and wear test device modified with a domestic desktop scanning electron microscope. The main advantage of this device is the dynamic observation of both the friction and wear processes as well as the quasi-dynamic observation. Both methods of observation are equally important for the study of friction and wear processes. The device has been used to study the dynamic friction and wear mechanism of Ni-P electroless plating and Ni-PTEE and Ni-P-SIC composite coatings. At the same time, it is applied to the in-situ kinetics of friction and wear behavior of high performance structural ceramic materials the study.
