闭式软齿面齿轮传动设计中,常受齿面接触疲劳强度的限制。为充分发挥材料潜力,使设计的齿轮机构尺寸较为紧凑,按大、小齿轮齿面等接触疲劳强度设计,应使两齿面保持一定的硬度差△HB。资料一般仅提供△HB≥30~50。本文经分析计算,给出设计时考虑不同因素应取用的合理齿面硬度差值。
In the design of closed-type soft-tooth gear drive, the contact fatigue strength of the tooth-face is often limited. In order to give full play to the material potential, the design of the gear mechanism is relatively compact, according to the contact fatigue strength design of large and small pinion tooth surfaces, so that the two teeth surface to maintain a certain hardness difference △ HB. Information generally only provide △ HB ≥ 30 ~ 50. This paper analyzes and calculates, and gives the reasonable difference of tooth surface hardness which should be taken into account when considering the different factors in design.
