目的:探讨风险管理在妇幼保健院ICU护理中的运用价值。方法:自2014年1月起开始在妇幼保健院ICU护理中应用风险管理,比较管理前后ICU病房的护理服务质量及患者满意度。结果:在实施风险管理后,护理人员的服务态度、护理操作规范、护理记录书写规范、风险意识、应急能力5个方面均明显高于管理前(P<0.05);管理后患者对护理质量的满意度为97.20%,明显高于管理前的77.70%(P<0.05)。结论:在妇幼保健院ICU护理中应用风险管理,不仅从整体上提高了护理人员的护理技术水平和综合素质,提高了临床护理服务质量,而且还提高了患者对护理质量的满意度,有效减少了医疗风险事件的发生,降低了护理和医疗纠纷。
Objective: To explore the value of risk management in ICU nursing in MCH. METHODS: Since January 2014, we began to apply risk management in ICU care at MCH and compared the quality of care services and patient satisfaction in ICU wards before and after administration. Results: After the implementation of risk management, the nursing staff’s service attitude, nursing practices, nursing record writing norms, risk awareness and emergency response were significantly higher than those before management (P <0.05) Satisfaction was 97.20%, significantly higher than the 77.70% before management (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of risk management in ICU nursing at MCH not only improves the nursing technical level and comprehensive quality of nursing staff as a whole, improves the quality of clinical nursing service, but also improves patient satisfaction with nursing quality and effectively reduces The occurrence of medical risk events, reducing care and medical disputes.
