目的:探讨中药有效成分配伍对脑缺血损伤大鼠脑组织内神经生长因子(NGF)水平改变的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、川+葛(川芎嗪50 mg.kg-1+葛根素50 mg.kg-1)组、尼莫地平(0.5 mg.kg-1)组,采用改良的Pulsinelli四血管法制备脑缺血损伤动物模型,于再灌注0时、6时分组ip 1次。再灌注24 h后用免疫组织化学法测定NGF的水平。结果:模型组脑组织NGF含量较假手术组减少;川+葛组较模型组NGF含量增高,神经功能测定也有一定的提高。结论:川芎嗪与葛根素配伍对脑缺血损伤有一定改善作用,其作用机制可能与提高NGF含量有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients on the changes of nerve growth factor (NGF) in brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemic injury. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, Chuan + Ge group (Ligustrazine 50 mg.kg-1 + Puerarin 50 mg.kg-1), nimodipine 0.5 mg.kg-1 ) Group. The animal model of cerebral ischemia injury was established by the modified Pulsinelli four-vessel method, and the rats were divided into two groups ip at 0h and 0h after reperfusion. The level of NGF was measured by immunohistochemical method 24 hours after reperfusion. Results: The content of NGF in model group was decreased compared with that in sham operation group. The content of NGF in Chuan + Ge group was higher than that in model group, and the neurological function was also improved. Conclusion: The combination of ligustrazine and puerarin can improve cerebral ischemia and its mechanism may be related to the increase of NGF content.
