Introduction Grafting cultivation is a more effective measure to prevent and control watermelon wilt. Many provinces (cities) in our country are studying, popularizing and applying. Grafting Cultivation is one of the key technology of grafting seedling grafting, grafting and management is one of the two main aspects, the survival process of grafted seedlings refers to the rootstock and scion from the mechanical connection to the vascular bundle connected to each other, the real implementation of the real Symbiotic so far. The evolution of rootstock and scion tissue structure in this process is the basis for developing and testing technical measures. Domestic reports on this area is not much, Mr. Jiang Youli had in the “Chinese Watermelon Melon” magazine (1989) quoted Japan’s Sen’s research data. The purpose of this study is to: (1) further reveal the evolution process of the tissue differentiation structure of the anvil and ear in the process of grafted seedlings of watermelon and verify the results of the research of Mr. Nakamura. (2) to explore the impact of light on the survival process. (3) The correlation between the stages of tissue differentiation and the growth of grafted seedlings in anvil and panicle.
