在新的课程改革的实施中,我们许多老师都在进行课堂实践与探索,从中创造了许多新的学生评价方式,有了跨越式的进步。但我们在反思之后,发现在我们对学生的评价中,仍然存在着重结果性轻形成性评价、重形式轻实效的评价形式等问题。所以,我们如何通过评价促进学生的发展、促进课堂教学?是我们所有参与新课程实施的老师所面临的共同问题。为此我针对自己的教学实践,作如下探讨。
In the implementation of the new curriculum reform, many of our teachers are conducting classroom practice and exploration, creating many new student evaluation methods and making leapfrog improvements. However, after reflection, we found that in our evaluation of students, there still exist problems such as the evaluation of the formative result of lightness and the evaluation of light and pragmatic forms. Therefore, how can we promote the development of students through evaluation and promote classroom teaching? It is a common problem for all of our teachers participating in the implementation of the new curriculum. For this purpose, I will discuss the following for my own teaching practice.
