不久前结束的北京国际商用车展,参展的零部件企业数量呈现逐年增加的趋势。据记者统计,在今年的参展零部件企业中,跨国零部件展商占了20%,而跨国品牌在关键零部件展商中更占了50%。这些数据都表明,跨国商用车零部件企业已经渡过在中国的发展期,成为本土零部件制造业的重要组成部分。主动参与整车研发成为现代汽车零部件制造业的发展趋势,从提升产品服务各个方面的竞争力入手,成为众跨国零部件企业在提高自身竞争力方面打出的一副“好牌”。纵观目前国内的一些跨国零部件企业,它们在产品后市场方面的做法是各不相同的。本期小记想探讨的正是不同类型的跨国零部件企业在华的售后服务模式。
Not long ago the end of the Beijing International Commercial Auto Show, participating parts and components business showed a trend of increasing year by year. According to the reporter’s statistics, in this year’s participating parts enterprises, multinational parts exhibitors accounted for 20%, while multinational brands accounted for more than 50% of the key components exhibitors. All these data show that multinational commercial vehicle parts enterprises have already passed the development period in China and become an important part of the domestic parts manufacturing industry. Actively participating in R & D of vehicles has become the development trend of modern automobile parts and components manufacturing industry. Starting from enhancing the competitiveness in all aspects of product and service, it becomes a “good card” for multinational components and parts enterprises to improve their own competitiveness. Looking at the current number of multinational parts companies, their approach in the product market is different. This small note is to explore is the different types of multinational components business in China after-sales service model.
