现代心理学研究告诉我们:每个正常人的心智水平相差不大,而非智力水平却大不相同。何为非智力因素呢?它是个体在追求某个目标时产生的动机、兴趣、意志、情感等因素。如果学生在学习过程中有了发自内心需要的学习动机,对所学知识有了极大兴趣,并具备了克服困难的坚强意志,他们的学习效率和成功率将会大大提高。职高生源要比普高差一些,这些学生基本可分四类:第一类是学习好的学生,被中专和普高录取未去,准备对口升学。第二类是由于意外的原因在中考中败北,无奈之下进入职高,自感前途迷茫,因而缺乏进取心,不求有功,但求无过。第三类中等学生则是最大量的。他们在学校是做一天和尚撞一天
Modern psychology research tells us: each normal person’s mental level is not much difference, but not intelligence level is very different. What is non-intellectual factors? It is the individual in the pursuit of a goal motivation, interest, will, emotion and other factors. If students have the learning motivation inherent in their learning process, they are greatly interested in the knowledge they have learned and have the strong will to overcome the difficulties. Their learning efficiency and success rate will be greatly enhanced. The number of post-secondary students is slightly lower than that of general students. These students basically fall into four categories: the first is students who are good at learning, the other students are not admitted by secondary and higher education and are going to further their studies.
