本实验在遗传性听源性癫痫大鼠模型上,采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)同时测定了8个脑区的亮-脑啡肽(L-ENK)、β-内啡肽(β-END)、生长抑素(SS)和P物质(SP)在癫痫(EPI)发作前后的动态变化.结果发现:发作各组各脑区L-ENK、β-END比刺激未发作组明显降低,发作过后L-ENK迅速回升;SS和SP在刺激未发作组及发作各组大多数脑区比未刺激组明显升高.表明L-ENK和β-END是一种内源性致痫物质,SS和SP可能是内源性抗痫物质.
In this study, hereditary auditory epilepsy rats model, using radioimmunoassay (RIA) simultaneous determination of eight brain regions bright - enkephalin (L-ENK), beta-endorphin ), Somatostatin (SS) and substance P (SP) before and after the onset of epilepsy (EPI) .Results: It was found that the L-ENK and β- L-ENK rapidly recovered afterwards; SS and SP increased significantly in most of the brain regions in the unexcited group and the seizures than those in the unstimulated group, indicating that L-ENK and β-END are endogenous epileptogenic substances, SS And SP may be endogenous anti-epileptogenic substances.
