以吉林17,吉林27,吉林28和吉林29共4种大豆基因型胚尖为外植体诱导丛生芽,研究了不同浓度的六苄基嘌呤(6-BA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)对胚尖再生率的影响。结果表明:不同基因型大豆在不同激素浓度配比下再生率存在明显差异。吉林28和吉林29更适合大豆胚尖再生系统,其最佳激素配比均为2.0 mg.L-16-BA+0.2 mg.L-1IBA,再生率为分别达78.17%和80.04%。
The embryogenic shoots of four soybean genotypes, Jilin 17, Jilin 27, Jilin 28 and Jilin 29, were used as explants to induce shoots. The effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and IBA were studied. Effect on embryo regeneration rate. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the regeneration rate of different genotypes of soybean under different hormone concentrations. Jilin 28 and Jilin 29 were more suitable for the regeneration system of soybean embryo. The optimal hormone ratio was 2.0 mg.L-16-BA + 0.2 mg.L-1IBA, and the regeneration rates were 78.17% and 80.04% respectively.
