The authors found 7 EBV-positive MCUs in 70 patients with EBV-positive post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease (PTLD). Including 5 cases of kidney, 1 case of heart and 1 case of lung transplant, including 5 males. The median age was 61 years, 4 in the oral mucosa, and 3 in the gastrointestinal tract.
