In Africa, male infertility accounts for 20 to 48% of infertility. Maintaining male fertility, there must be a suitable hormone environment. In developed countries, when hormone tests are routinely performed on infertile men, it is reported that 10% of them have endocrine abnormalities. In the absence of information on this area in the state of Africa, endocrine disorders have little to do with the etiological role of infertility. The purpose of this work is to determine the levels of serum FSH, PRL, and testosterone (T) in oligozoospermic and azoospermic men in a Nigerian region to understand the role of endocrine disorders in The distribution of these infertile men.
