目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定市售6批葛花药材中鸢尾苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Wonda Sil C_(18)-WR(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(20∶80),检测波长:265nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:40℃。结果:鸢尾苷在0.01516~0.4852mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6),市售葛花药材质量不一。结论:该方法准确可靠、灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于测定葛花药材中鸢尾苷成分的含量。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of tectorigenin in six Chinese medicinal herbs sold in the market by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Wonda Sil C_ (18) -WR (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (20:80) at a detection wavelength of 265 nm and a flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1, column temperature: 40 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship of tectorihin in the range of 0.01516 ~ 0.4852 mg · mL-1, r = 0.999 9 (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive and specific. It can be used to determine the content of iris glycosides in Pueraria lobata.
