目的研究ARCHITECT与TDx两种方法测定环孢素A(CsA)血药浓度结果相关性。方法利用ARCHITECT和TDx两种方法同时测定CsA血药浓度,以TDx测定值为X,ARCHITECT测定值为Y,进行线性回归,评价其相关性。结果 ARCHI-TECT测定值均比TDx低,ρTDx/ρARCHITECT为(1.29±0.22),两种方法的线性相关性较好,回归方程为Y=-26.26+0.993 9X(n=65,r=0.966 5)。结论 ARCHITECT测定CsA血药浓度结果较TDx偏低,两种方法相关性好,可以进行方法间切换。
Objective To investigate the correlation between ARCHITECT and TDx in determining plasma concentration of CsA. Methods Both ARCHITECT and TDx methods were used to determine the plasma concentration of CsA simultaneously. The TDx value was determined as X and the ARCHITECT was measured as Y. Linear regression was performed to evaluate the correlation. Results The results of ARCHI-TECT were lower than TDx and ρTDx / ρARCHITECT was (1.29 ± 0.22). The linear correlation between the two methods was good. The regression equation was Y = -26.26 + 0.993 9X (n = 65, r = 0.966 5 ). CONCLUSION ARCHITECT was able to determine the plasma CsA concentration lower than TDx, and the correlation between the two methods was good.
