双肾盂双输尿管及输尿管囊肿为先天性异常,两种畸形并存甚为少见,而且又并有多发性肾盂输尿管结石及输尿管囊肿、膀胱局部的原位癌,更为罕见,现报告如下。女,25岁,农民,1984年10月27日入院。病史:间歇性无痛性全程肉眼血尿三年多,近一个月加重。无肾绞痛史,排尿正常,无膀胱刺激征,无发热。体查:一般情况良好,检查无异常发现。尿常规:红细胞少许,白细胞少许,肾功能正常。腹部平片:左肾区及左输尿管行程上段有4粒黄豆大结石阴影。右输尿管下段有1粒花生米大结石影。膀胱区左侧有一类圆形1.1cm结石阴影。静脉肾盂造影:右肾功能良好,右肾盂轻度积液,右输尿管下段结石。左肾功能延迟,仅可见两扩张程度不等的肾盂,左侧输尿管显影不良,膀胱形态正常,造影剂遮盖结石影像。膀胱镜检查:膀胱容量正常,无残余尿。粘膜血管清晰。膀胱内无结石,无憩室,右输尿管开口正 Double renal pelvis double ureter and ureter cyst congenital anomaly, the two deformities coexist is very rare, but also have multiple ureteral calculi and ureter cyst, bladder local carcinoma in situ, more rare, are as follows.
