本文研究了早孕绒毛和妊娠中期羊水的人胎儿细胞在培养条件下的特征。光镜下显示了绒毛和羊水培养中细胞类型的变异形态学。基于实验,本文发现在二次培养期间,绒毛细胞对链霉蛋白酶,胰蛋白酶和EDTA较敏感。在每一单个细胞内DNA含量较高。同时绒毛细胞培养液中释放的绒毛膜促性腺激素较羊水细胞多。绒毛细胞(CVC)和羊水细胞(AFC)相比,本研究回答了下列问题:(1)原代和传代培养中存在哪些细胞类型?(2)两种来源的增殖细胞对通常用于传代培养的试剂反应是否相同?(3)DNA成
This article studies the characteristics of human fetal cells of early pregnancy villi and second trimester amniotic fluid under culture conditions. Light microscopy showed variation patterns of cell types in villus and amniotic fluid cultures. Based on the experiments, we found that villus cells are more sensitive to pronase, trypsin and EDTA during secondary culture. DNA content is higher in each single cell. At the same time, chorionic gonadotropin released in villus cell culture fluid is more than amniotic fluid cells. (1) Which cell types are present in primary and subculture?
