新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)为一种严重威胁新生儿特别是早产儿生命的疾病,以胃肠道缺血坏死、发生肠气囊肿及肠穿孔为其特征,死亡率高,早期诊断困难。笔者对我院2000年1月至2008年12月收治的20例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎患儿进行临床与X线对照分析,报道如下。
Neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a serious disease threatening the life of newborns, especially premature babies, with gastrointestinal ischemic necrosis, intestinal gas cyst and intestinal perforation is characterized by high mortality, early diagnosis difficult. The author of our hospital from January 2000 to December 2008 admitted 20 cases of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis in children with clinical and X-ray analysis of the control, reported as follows.
