为了探讨三维超声成像在定性及定量诊断上的准确性和实用价值,对不同形状标本进行两维、三维超声重建研究,显示了不同标本的立体图像,并与实物形态、重量进行比较。结果表明:三维重建图像能直观、逼真地显示各种不同形状标本的形态结构、空间位置关系,与实物基本一致。形态不规则标本三维超声重量测定与实际重量无显著差异;而形态不规则标本两维测定结果与实际值差异显著。三维超声不仅较两维超声更形象、直观地显示病灶整体形态结构、空间位置关系,而且在病灶定量分析中较两维超声更为精确
In order to explore the accuracy and practical value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in qualitative and quantitative diagnosis, two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound reconstruction of different shape specimens was carried out, the three-dimensional images of different specimens were displayed and compared with the physical shape and weight. The results show that the three-dimensional reconstruction images can intuitively and vividly show the morphological structure and spatial position of different types of specimens, which are in good agreement with the actual objects. There was no significant difference between the three-dimensional ultrasonic weight measurement and the actual weight of irregular shaped specimens; while the two-dimensional determination results of irregular shaped specimens showed significant difference with the actual value. Three-dimensional ultrasound is more than two-dimensional ultrasound more visual, intuitive display of the overall morphological structure of the lesion, the spatial relationship between the location, but also in quantitative quantitative analysis of two-dimensional ultrasound is more accurate
