目的:了解大庆市人民医院孕早期产检妇女血铅的影响因素。方法:在大庆市人民医院产前门诊随机选择前来进行孕检的孕早期高血铅妇女80例、正常血铅的妇女82例,了解其饮食习惯、生活情况、居住环境等。结果:高血铅孕早期妇女常食用皮蛋爆米花贝壳类食品、应用增白化妆品、常食用彩色包装食物及彩色陶瓷炊具、主要饮用自来水、应用染发剂、居住于化工厂或炼油厂的比例明显高于血铅正常者,多因素分析结果显示,经常食用皮蛋爆米花贝壳类食品,边看报纸边吃食物,烹调用油过多,居住于化工污染区附近为孕前妇女发生高血铅的最主要因素。结论:常食用皮蛋爆米花贝壳类食品,边看报纸边吃食物,烹调用油过多,居住于化工污染区附近是大庆市孕早期妇女高血铅的危险因素。
Objective: To understand the influential factors of blood lead in pregnant women in Daqing People’s Hospital in early pregnancy. Methods: Eighty pregnant women with high blood lead in early pregnancy and 82 women with normal blood lead were enrolled in the prenatal clinic of Daqing People’s Hospital. Their eating habits, living conditions, living environment and so on were investigated. Results: In the early stage of high blood lead, women often consumed preserved egg popcorn shellfish food, applied whitening cosmetics, often used color packaged food and colored ceramic cookware. The main drinking tap water, application of hair dye, living in chemical plants or refineries were obvious Higher than the normal blood lead, multivariate analysis showed that regular consumption of preserved eggs shellfish food, while reading the newspaper while eating food, cooking oil too much, living near chemical pollution in pregnant women before the occurrence of high blood lead major factor. Conclusion: It is a risk factor for high blood lead levels in pregnant women in Daqing City in the early pregnancy that the food and shelled popcorn shellfish food is often eaten while eating newspapers and eating too much cooking oil and living in chemical pollution areas.
