文章结合冲突概念研究背景,针对冲突在企业档案部门的表现形式进行逐一剖析,指出研究冲突的目的不应该是消弭冲突,而应该是有效地管理冲突,提出了从六个方面化解冲突的方法。
Combining with the research background of conflict concepts, the paper analyzes the manifestations of conflicts in the enterprise archives one by one. It points out that the purpose of studying conflicts should not be to eliminate conflicts but to effectively manage the conflicts and to propose ways of resolving conflicts from six aspects.
